PET, as a widely used engineering plastic, is characterized by having the best dimensional stability couple with excellent wear resistance, a low coefficient of friction, high strength, and resistance to moderately acidic solutions. But under 65% humidity at 25℃,the resistivity is up to 10^14Ω,with 0.4% water absorption, so it is easy to generate static, which limited its usage in electronics. By adding antistatic additives to PET, we got Antistatic PET, which provide lower and stable resistivity. Its surface resistivity is 10^9—10^11. The working temperature is -40℃-110℃.
