Our G10 EPGC201/HGW2372 sheet is formed through heat pressing after electric industry alkali glass cloth dips into the epoxy phenolic resin. G10 has high mechanic and dielectric performance, and applicable as insulation structural components for electromechanical/electrical equipment, as well as used under damp environmental conditions and transformer oil .

The surface of our G10 laminated sheet is flat and smooth, no bubble, no wrinkle, no delamination or crackle.

Ketonolic® G10 sheets can be made in light green and black color, and Glossy and matt surface can be customized.

Ketonolic® G10 sheets can be Halogen free and in yellow color.

Halogen-free G10 epoxy sheets are made of hot pressed electronic grade glass fibers impregnated with halogen-free epoxy resin. The color is yellow. It is mainly used for insulating structural parts in electrical and motor equipment. Since it does not contain halogens (including fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine and arsenic), it does not produce toxic gases when burning and meets the requirements of green production.

Both FR4, G10 and G11 are composite material combined with glass fiber cloth and epoxy resin, which can bear great pressure without damage and deformation. G10/G11 can’t be permeated by vapor and liquid and it owns good insulation and acid& alkali resistance characteristics.G10 can be FR4 by adding flame retardant but it becomes G11 by improving thermal flexural properties.
