PI Film

Polyimide Film is the best filmic insulation material in the world, it consists of Pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and diamino-diphenyl ether(DDE) in strong polar solvents by condensation and re-cast film made by the imidization. Being named as “Golden Film”, polyimide film with excellent performance, such as high temperature and low temperature capabilities, electrical insulating properties, cohesiveness, radiation resistance, media resistance, good chemical stability and self-extinguishing etc. It can be used long-term where the temperature ranging from -269 ℃ ~ 280 ℃ and short-term up to a high temperature of 400 ℃. Fire rating UL94 V-0, environmental protection without halogen, heavy metals and other restrictions on organic matter content have reached the national environmental standards. In addition, its surface (side) has a unique roughening process, which can improve product composite bonding capacity, and with a very significant improvement of adhesion of other bonding process in the same condition.

II. Technical requirements

1. Film surface should be smooth, flat. There should be no fold,Tearing, dots and graininess,bubbles, pinholes and exogenous impurity. Neat edge without damage.

2. Film in rolls, Width 10mm-700mm, the total length of per roll is not less than 60m.
Not less than 30m per segment for composite products and wrapped insulation film.
Not less than 3m per segment and not more than 5 segment per roll for other Electric materials application.

3. Offering ribbon, width and length can be negotiated according to user requirements

1.Widely used in space technology, F, H-class motor, Electrical insulation, FPC(flexible printed circuit board), TAB(pressure-sensitive adhesive tape substrate), aerospace, aviation, computer, wire, transformers, stereos, cell phones, metallurgy, mining electronic components industry, automotive, transportation, nuclear industry and other electrical and electronic industries
